The Carson City Council approved a preliminary plan to build a $1.7 billion stadium for the NFL to return to Los Angeles and in the form of the San Diego Chargers and the Oakland Raiders. I want to say I told you so. It's not over but Oakland has to fight now. Stay tuned.
