The Oakland Rotary Club has over 300 members and is the largest service group in our city. I paid a visit to The Club, where I was to be introduced by Harold Lowe - he wasn't there so other members took care of me and John Protopappas , my long time friend, is the President. Join The Oakland Rotary Club! It meets each Thursday for lunch at The California Ballroom on Franklin near 17 th at 12 noon.
