Oakland Shooting At Lakeshore I 580 - Video

A shooting between Oakland Police and an unidentified person happened at the Lake Park to Lakeshore Avenue off ramp from Interstate 580. While social media reports have it at Trader Joes that is not true. It was nearby. But as the video shows the entire area near to the Grand Lake Farmers Market is closed off.
