Rep. Debbie Dingell (D) Michigan of the 12th District that includes Ann Arbor and Dearborn, just let loose with the most passionate speech I have heard during this House Democrats Sit In On Gun Control. This sit in has gone on for over 12 hours to this point. It's amazing. And a tremendous rebuke to those who say don't get involved. Her husband is another Democrat, John Dingell. She was elected to succeed him in November of 2014. She mentions knowing what it was like to have a gun pointed at her and wonder if she was going to live.
